Care Through Every Stage of Family Life

Our practice has always had a special heart for pregnancy, babies, and children—but care does not stop there.

Mojica Chiropractic Care supports individuals and families through:

    • Pregnancy
    • Postpartum
    • Infancy
    • Childhood
    • Adolescence
    • Adulthood
    • Wellness

Each stage brings different physical demands, movement patterns, and goals. That is why care is individualized rather than using the same approach for every patient.

Birth is one of the earliest major physical experiences a baby goes through. When parents bring a newborn or infant into the office, Dr. Liz may look at areas such as:

    • Head and neck movement
    • Spinal mobility
    • Body symmetry
    • Comfortable positioning
    • Early movement patterns
    • Feeding positioning
    • Parent concerns

Care is gentle and adapted to the baby's age, development, and individual needs. The goal is not to search for future problems. It is to understand how the baby is moving and functioning now.

We Look at More Than the Symptom

A symptom may be what brings someone through the door, but it is rarely the only thing we want to understand.

We consider how the body is:

    • Moving
    • Adapting
    • Compensating
    • Responding to everyday demands
    • Using sensory information from joints and movement
    • Functioning within the person's stage of life

Our goal is not to create a perfectly aligned body. It is to support movement, mobility, body awareness, nervous-system regulation, and meaningful function.

Understanding Your Body Changes the Conversation

When you understand what your body is doing, it becomes easier to make informed decisions about your care.

Dr. Liz believes patients and parents should understand:

    • What she is evaluating
    • What she is noticing
    • How movement and mobility may fit into the bigger picture
    • Why a recommendation is being made
    • What the next step is

We want patients to leave with more than an adjustment. We want them to feel informed, confident, and involved in their care.

A Place Where You Can Ask Questions

We want Mojica Chiropractic Care to feel warm, personal, and approachable. That means:

    • We listen before recommending care
    • We explain what we are doing
    • We adapt techniques to the individual
    • We welcome questions
    • We care about the goals that matter to you
    • We want children and families to feel comfortable in the office

Care should feel collaborative—not rushed or intimidating.
